About

Hi I'm Alice Kreit.

I love what I do and have worked very hard, during my extensive career, to develop an original and versatile creative language. As a fine arts major in both undergraduate and graduate school at Rochester Institute of Technology, I concentrated on painting and printmaking. Following the completion of my education I received a fellowship from the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. The fellowship allowed me time to continue my own work while teaching promising art students in area high schools. This opportunity provided a wonderful introduction to living in a new city; the one I've called home since 1978. Since that time, I've honed my skills as a web and motion designer for nationally promenent companies such as ABC News, The Washington Post, National Public Radio and AARP.org.

Thank you for stopping by, and welcome to this showcase of my work.
